Community-mapped beaches — traveler-contributed locations from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL). These are not backed by an official water-quality registry. Live marine conditions (swell · wind · water temperature where a source covers the cell) come from the same open-data pipeline as the rest of the site, with their freshness shown; a cell with no reading says “not monitored yet” — never a guessed number. Names and positions come straight from the map data; where a detail (region, town) is missing we omit it, never invent it. The official, registry-backed directory lives separately under Directory.
